We also use Australia Post when sending items that are available here in Australia. Australian Residents - Please note this Product is GST inclusive - Shipping & Handling Australia: - All items are sent securely in a Tough Bag, satchel with a Layer of Foam padding or Bubble wrap bag for protection. We always take care when packing orders.

Delivery for Australian orders is usually approx. 14 to 28 Days from the United States - Most of our products are Shipped from the United States and are the Genuine Authorized Brand name. We use UPS mail innovations for most of our Deliveries. We recommend always ordering under 3lbs in weight to reduce Shipping costs. e.g. If you have One item in your cart that is 2Lbs in weight and another item in your cart that is 1.2lbs in weight you should order them separately to reduce the Shipping cost. Australia Post International Mail is economy mail for Large items and is items sent by Sea and can take up to 60 Days for Delivery. This is usually the Cheapest mail for large and heavy items, However it is the slowest. - International Air Mail is the Fastest method, However it is also the Most expensive. Large items over 2kg no longer have tracking information available. This is an Australia Post Policy and not ours. Please check which shipping method best suits your needs before confirming your shipping selection. It is your responsibility as a Customer to know which Shipping method is best for you. We recommend all Customers spend some time reading the Australia Post website before choosing their shipping method. Wizard DVD can not be held responsible for Customers choosing the wrong Shipping method for the items they have ordered. If a Customer attempts to claim against us after an item has been sent or if a Customer raises a claim or dispute against PayPal after an item is shipped we can not be held liable until a period of 90 Days or more has passed. This 90 Day Delivery time allows for the delivery of items that are sent Overseas by Australia Post International Mail by Sea. This is the slowest mail delivery available through Australia Post. Items not delivered by 90 Days will be considered as lost and a full refund will be provided once the order is confirmed as lost or not delivered.

They may indicate that the DVD is still available however it may be out of stock at the time you order. If the item you have ordered from the Distributor is available it will ship - usually within 7 - 14 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once it ships. "In Stock" Items
If your item is marked “In Stock” at time of ordering and in your confirmation email, we will aim to have it processed and shipped within 1 business day (single item orders only). "Awaiting Stock" Items

We will aim to have your item picked and packed within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once it ships. Please then allow for standard Australia Post delivery times from the Gold Coast. Delays may occur around Christmas, Easter and public holidays.


"Special Order" Items
If your item is marked "Special Order" at the time of ordering and in your confirmation email, it will need to be ordered directly from supplier. Smaller suppliers can take 1-3 weeks and import items can take up to 12 weeks. If the product is unavailable from any of our suppliers, we will advise you via email with 21 days. Once stock is received we will aim to have your item picked and packed within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirmation once it ships. Please then allow for standard Australia Post delivery times. Delays may occur around Christmas, Easter and public holidays.

 

"Subject to Supplier Availability" "Special Order" "Hard To Find" "Foreign Films" "Imports" "Rare DVDs or Blu-rays".
If your item is marked "Subject to Supplier Availability" at the time of ordering and in your confirmation email, it will need to be ordered directly from the supplier. Smaller suppliers can take 1-3 weeks and some Hard to Find Movies can take up to 8 weeks. Also import items can take up to 12 weeks.We may have to source the item from an independent Movie Distributor/international Distributor or foreign film Distributor. If the product is unavailable from any of our suppliers, we will advise you via email within 21 days. No charges will be made on your payment card until we have ordered from the Distributor/Supplier or received your order into our dispatch location. Once stock is received we will aim to have your item picked and packed within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirmation once it ships. Please then allow for standard Australia Post delivery times. Delays may occur around Christmas, Easter and public holidays.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, {Wizard DVD} shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Return policy and limited guarantee against defects
Please go to our Returns Policy page and read all of our returns policy information before purchasing any items. If you believe the item you have purchased is faulty or has a defect, please contact us to initiate your return.We will provide you with a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Please package your item back into it's original packaging with a note stating your name, address, phone number and RMA number.

Your Wizard DVD online account will be credited with the refund when we receive the returned merchandise. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Delivery

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with Australia Post who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. The Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

PROCESSING TIME

REGIONS & FORMATS

Please carefully check the Region code and video format of any item before bidding or purchasing it to ensure you will be able to play it. If you have accidentally purchased an item you cannot play it can be returned for refund of the purchase price if it is still in mint condition (unsealed is ok).

Region 4 (PAL) DVDs and Region ALL (PAL) DVDs will play on ANY DVD player purchased in Australia or New Zealand. Other countries will need a multi-region capable DVD player and a PAL compatible TV.

Region 1 (NTSC) DVDs will play on ANY DVD player purchased in the U.S.A and Canada. Australia and other countries will require a multi-region capable DVD player, and an NTSC compatible TV.

Region 2 (PAL) DVDs will play on ANY DVD player purchased in the United Kingdom and most players purchased in Europe. Australia and other countries will require a multi-region capable DVD player.

Region ALL (PAL) DVDs will play on most DVD players worldwide. United States and Canada will require a PAL capable TV.

Most recent DVD players and televisions are capable of displaying both PAL and NTSC formats, and most DVD players can be made multi-region by doing a Google search for the make and model and following the instructions to make it multi-region. If you are unsure please check the manuals for your DVD player and television.
